That way you can place roads in between them for aesthetic and utility purposes. Don’t worry though as you can always just change the positions of your buildings and roads but without roads you can’t place buildings on the city.
Safety first
Your city can sometimes suffer from natural or sudden emergency. Just like buildings getting caught on fire. When that happens, make sure to drop everything on what you’re doing and deal with it first. Buildings getting razed can be costly and you can lose some of them. Be sure to handle these situations first before anything else.
Start slow and design later
Earlier on when playing City Mania, you won’t be able to build your dream city right away. You need to start slow and expand as time goes by. Start first with the necessary buildings like those needed for production and upgrades. Don’t forget those buildings that provide power and utility as well. Once you have a good flow of gold coming in and you have sufficient buuldings for those other things, you can then proceed to the aesthetics when needed.
Collect before logging out
Before you log out make sure you collect your taxes from your buildings. That is because your treasury can only hold a specific amount of money. Then proceed to spend that money so that by the time you log in next time, you can have good amounts of money and time is well spent.
Bizzies for you
The Bizzies are characters that you can get in the game. In order to get them, you need to get a number of tokens to unlock them. In order to upgrade the Bizzies you still need those tokens. You can get tokens by daily log ins, to do list tasks and buying chests. You can also get free chests after every period of time so be sure to check on them. Bizzies help you in improving the performance of certain parts of your city so look up their abilities.
